SHIPPING

After your order has been placed, we start to care for it immediately. We ship as soon as possible, so we are not able to change an order once it has been placed. 

We ship during the business week and on Saturdays if the order was placed by noon on Friday. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

We do our very best to deliver very fast but chachaCHA. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. 

You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Shipping rates and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

We have to collect sales tax in all states as required. We also collect tax on shipping charges when applicable. 

RETURN

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are non-returnable items.
